Analysis of last year’s late New-Year game
The 2022 New-Year game wasn’t very hard; four classmates grabbed the red envelopes. I’d planned to post the solution after the holiday, but I forgot while busy with my graduation project:

This year’s New-Year game is a bit tougher; here are some small hints:
NoteThe message is inside this image, and the clue to the encryption method is also in the image.
The message is hidden in the image with a very classic encryption method.
This encryption method has very low robustness and is not recommended for JPG images, because JPG’s compression algorithm may destroy the encrypted information.
The encryption method is not the same as last year’s New-Year game.
The final password is pure English letters.
